IT Officer, HCC, Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Science, University of Copenhagen
We are looking for an IT Officer in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), for a project funded by the Villum Experiment program.

The position is open from 1 July 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter. The position is temporary and will expire on 31 October 2025. The working hours will be 10 hours per week.

Job description
The IT Officer, depending on their background, may contribute to various aspects of the project, including reviewing and analyzing research papers, developing software programs or AI models, designing and running user studies, data collection and analysis. Depending on the IT-Officer’s background and tasks, they will have flexibility to participate in future publications. Candidates should have a strong background in one or more of the following areas:
- Natural language processing or multimodal machine learning
- User-centered design and research methods
- VR/AR or haptics
- Analysis of research literature (e.g., systematic reviews)
Terms of salary and employment
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Confederation of Teachers Unions and the Danish Confederation of Public Employees of 2010 (LC/CO10) and the trade union agreement for public service IT employees (PROSA).
